Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address, name, and account identifier.
• Videos, photos, chat messages, and comments you share in groups.
• Group membership and activity information needed to provide group features.
• Your notification preferences and device push-notification token.
• Content reports and blocked-account information used to provide safety features.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, maintain your profile and groups, display shared content to group members, send notifications you have enabled, and operate reporting and blocking features.

Google sign-in and other service providers

If you choose Google sign-in, RollCall receives your email address and basic Google profile information to authenticate you and populate your RollCall profile. RollCall does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google contacts.

RollCall uses Firebase, a Google service, for authentication, database and media storage, backend processing, and push notifications. Sign in with Apple is also available. These providers process information to supply their services and have their own privacy policies.

Sharing within groups

Your name and content you post are available to members of the groups where you share them. Share only information you are comfortable making available to those members.

Retention and account deletion

Weekly check-in videos expire seven weeks after upload. Videos sent in chat are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. Cleanup runs periodically, so removal from storage may occur after the expiration time.

You can request account deletion directly in the app under Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to delete your profile, uploaded content, messages, comments, and group memberships. Contact support if you need help using this feature.
